Day One Arrive Cape Town

Arrive at Cape Town International Airport where you will be met by your Finest Africa, Wild African Safari Hosts.
Welcome drinks will be served next to the pool as you arrive at your magnificant private Villa, overlooking the white beaches and ocean of Camps Bay Beach.
Before the sun sets you will be transferred to the Waterfront for a sunset cruise on-board a catamaran which will sail out of the harbor.  While sipping champagne take in the views of Table Mountain and Twelve Apostles from across the water before dinner is served off the on-board barbeque.

Day Two Peninsula Tour

After breakfast join your hosts and professional guide on a tour of the Peninsula, starting at the little fishing village of Hout Bay. Here you will board a boat for a trip to Dussen Island, the playground of a colony of bachelor seals, truly delightful to watch. From Hout Bay you will take a drive along the scenic Chapman’s Peak Drive, to enjoy Cape Town’s most spectacular coastal drives, towards Cape Point, stopping along the way at Boulders Beach to see the Penguins and to enjoy lunch.

Return to your Villa to freshen up before heading out to Long Street for a night on the town!

Day Three Table Mountain and Inner City Tour

An early morning rise to catch the Cable Car to enjoy the views and excitements of being on top of the largest table in the world, Table Mountain.

The second part of your day’s tour will start at the Castle of Good Hope, a unique fortification built by the Dutch East Indian Company in the 1670's, followed by the Grand Parade, an open area of historical importance incorporating a war memorial, and bordered by the magnificent City Hall. Your guide will then take you to the District 6 museum which documents the history of apartheid in South Africa, followed by a short visit to the actual area of District 6, where people were forcibly removed in the 1960s. You will then visit the Bo Kaap Museum in the Cape Malay quarter with its beautifully colored homes and rich Muslim culture.

At around 13H00 lunch can be enjoyed at one of the restaurants at the Cape Quarter, a newly renovated and trendy area of Cape Town.

After lunch your guide will take you to the heart of Cape Town to the Company Gardens. Take a walk through these historical Gardens, past parliament buildings, Tuynhuis (President’s residence) and up to the South African museum which is known for its natural history displays.

The rest of the day can be enjoyed shopping at Green Market Square – a flea market with a mixture of curios, clothing and other interesting locally made things to buy – or if more of the cultural aspects of Cape Town interest you, then please express this to your hosts and they will happily take you to look at architecture, art or more museums.

Tonight you will be blown away by a theatre of dreams... a dinner theatre cirque.

Day Four  Franschhoek and the Cape Winelands

At 09H00 you will depart your Villa with your professional guide for your winelands tour. Your tour will start at KWV Wine Co-op in Paarl for a cellar tour. You will then make your way through the winelands to Franschhoek – a small town filled with French influence, as can be seen in the architecture and tasted in the area’s wonderful cuisine and wines.

Enjoy lunch and a cheese tasting at Le Grange Restaurant and fromagerie.

The rest of the day will be devoted to wine tasting at Boschendal Wine Estate and Homestead and Sylvanvale Wine Estate.

Return to your Villa for a private house party and dinner.

Day Five Day at Leisure

This is your day to enjoy at your leisure.  Maybe a day spent shopping or relaxing on the beach, maybe a round of golf or a pampering spa treatment.

Sundowners served at the Cafes down at Camps Bay beach... Groove the night away at Cape Town's most popular social scene.

Day Six - Day Day 10  Greater Kruger Park

After breakfast you will catch a flight to the Kruger Park.  On arrival you will be met by your ranger in an open Landrover who will transfer you to your luxury lodge.
You will spend the next 5 nights on a fully inclusive basis in two different lodges, including 2 game drives per day, walking safaris, Bush & Boma Dinners, Breakfasts and High Tea.

On one of the days we will experience a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to ride on the back of an African elephant. Meet the herd in the early morning or late afternoon and learn just how to get onto the back of an elephant and move to its rhythm as they walk through the bush. Elephants need to feed for many hours a day, so just because you are on top, this doesn't stop them from pulling down branches and grabbing a trunk full of grass as they walk. They are the largest creatures in the African jungle so other animals that you may come across will give way to you. After walking for about an hour, the elephants will return you to the elephant boma. A video can be made of your experience for an additional fee.

We will also take you to the centre for endanged species.  Here you will be able to get up close and personal with cheetahs and other rehabilitated animals.
